Blossom Café Rental FAQ

  • Your rental includes:

    • Tables and chairs

    • Basic room setup

    • Standard cleanup after your event

    • On-site staff support during rental hours

    • Access to the rented event space

    Not Included:

    • Café couches and lounge furniture

    • Kids' corner materials and toys

    • Café supplies, equipment, or décor items

    • Food and beverage service unless purchased separately

  • Rental fees are based on the reserved time slot, not actual usage. Unfortunately, refunds or credits are not provided for unused time.

  • No. All deposits are non-refundable and secure your event date and time.

    However, the deposit is applied toward your rental balance and cleaning costs.

  • Setup times vary by package.

    If you would like additional setup time beyond what is included, early access may be available for $50 per additional hour, depending on scheduling availability.

  • Yes! Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.

    Please ensure all food items are removed at the end of your event.

  • Yes, alcohol may be served during private events.

    Requirements:

    • Must comply with all local laws

    • A licensed and certified bartender may be required

    • Host is responsible for obtaining any permits if necessary.

  • No. Rental access is limited to approved event tables and chairs.

    Lounge furniture, décor, children's materials, business equipment, and café supplies are not included unless specifically added to your rental agreement.

  • Yes. A Blossom Café representative will be available during rental hours to assist with basic facility needs.

    Deposits remain non-refundable. Rescheduling may be available depending on availability.

  • The person booking the event must be at least 21 years old and must remain present during the event.

  • All ages are welcome for family-friendly events.

    Certain evening events may have age restrictions depending on the event type.
