Hello! My name is Kay Hall, better known as Miss Kay, and I am the founder of Blossom Café, Blossom & Bloom Foundation, and One Call Away Transportation.
With over 10 years of experience working with youth, families, and community programs, I am passionate about creating safe, supportive, and engaging spaces where individuals can learn, grow, and build meaningful connections.
Throughout my career, I have worked in education, recreation, youth development, family support services, and community engagement. My mission is to empower young people, strengthen families, and provide opportunities that inspire confidence, creativity, leadership, and personal growth.
As an instructor, I believe learning should be fun, interactive, and accessible for everyone. Whether we're creating, exploring new skills, participating in workshops, or building relationships, my goal is to ensure every participant feels welcomed, valued, and encouraged to blossom into their fullest potential.
When I'm not hosting programs and events, I enjoy creating community experiences, developing youth initiatives, supporting local families, and finding new ways to bring people together through education, creativity, and service.
